These public terms explain the main expectations when using Filipino Institute websites, My FI, learning services, applications, events, Store services and related FI experiences.
Programs and services
Program content, schedules, requirements, delivery mode, completion rules and credential outcomes vary by offer. Review the information shown for the specific program or service before confirming.
Learning and conduct
Users should participate respectfully, submit their own work unless collaboration is permitted, follow assessment rules and avoid misuse of FI learning content, systems or other people's information.
Fees, payments and FI Credit
Check the applicable amount, schedule and important conditions before paying. A submitted payment may require review before it is shown as verified. FI's standard policy does not provide cash refunds for verified program and service payments; where FI approves a refund or adjustment, the normal remedy is FI Credit, subject to the applicable service conditions and any rights required by law.
Credentials and pathways
An FI credential should be described according to what it actually confirms. Pathway support does not replace decisions that belong to an authorized school, institution, regulator or other third party.
Changes and interruptions
Schedules, availability, event details or service arrangements may need to change. When a change materially affects you, FI should provide the relevant updated information through the appropriate service channel.
