Former learners can submit historical details and supporting evidence so FI can search and review available legacy records.
FI should not force alumni to chase staff through random messages. Each request should become a trackable service request with a clear owner and status.
For an eligible certificate that was pending, uncollected or requires historical status review.
For lost, damaged or unavailable copies, subject to identity, record verification and issuance eligibility.
FI review and confirmation of available historical learner/program records.
For applicable FI records that can be produced, certified or formally issued under current rules.
For former learners whose records must be located or reconciled from available historical sources and evidence.
Support when a learner or verifier needs help locating or understanding an eligible FI credential-verification record.
Document-route review and eligible FI assistance before separate external authentication/legalization steps.
Track approved delivery or pickup after the applicable document is ready.
A governed catch-all route when the request does not fit a standard record-service type.
Start a governed review for an old or pending FI certificate.
Start Certificate Follow-UpFI first verifies the original record and current issuance eligibility.
Request Replacement ReviewUse the public-safe verifier for eligible issued FI credentials.
Verify CredentialAttestation and legalization are document-service journeys—not blanket promises that every FI document can be accepted everywhere.
Public verification is intentionally narrower than My FI Records.
Benefits make the permanent My FI identity useful long after completion.
Career and continuing education are the natural continuation of the FI learning relationship.
Alumni services should include belonging, participation and contribution—not records alone.
Public Demo is read-only/synthetic and does not create a real record, payment, credential, support case or document request.
Select an alumni need to preview the governed journey.
The public page specifies the production experience; it does not create real Alumni records.
One account · one My FI · lifelong relationship
When self-service is not enough, the next step is a governed Help Request—not an untracked message.
Start a Legacy Alumni Record Claim in My FI. Add your old study details and any evidence you still have. FI then searches available historical records and reviews the claim.
Yes. Provide the name used during enrollment, program or course, approximate year or batch, branch/location if known, contact history and any supporting evidence you still have.
Start Certificate Follow-Up. FI must first locate and verify the historical record, then determine whether the original certificate remains available, can be issued, or requires another documented outcome.
Replacement or reissuance is subject to identity verification, the historical record found, the original credential/issuing arrangement and current issuance rules. It is not automatic.
Start a Certificate Replacement / Reissuance Review and provide the identifying details of the original program and credential.
Use the FI credential-verification service with the eligible reference or QR code. Only public-safe fields are shown.
Eligible FI-issued credentials can be checked through the governed verification route. Verification confirms the FI record only; employers may apply separate acceptance requirements.
It depends on the exact document, issuer, jurisdiction, destination and intended use. FI must review the document route before promising a service.
Where FI offers the service for the exact document and destination, My FI can track the request. External authorities, embassies, couriers and other third parties remain separate service owners.
The Theme does not promise a universal processing time. Timing depends on record availability, verification, requirements, payment where applicable, third-party steps and the service requested.
A production Alumni Service Request will have a unique reference and governed status visible in My FI, with communication updates through approved channels.
Some access may be free while processed documents or third-party services may have fees. FI Finance must disclose any applicable charge before payment.
Legacy information can be incomplete, duplicated or stored across historical systems. Verification protects the alumni record and prevents incorrect document issuance.
The claim can be marked Unable to Verify after the governed search and review. FI should explain what was checked and whether any further evidence could change the outcome.
Yes, as supporting evidence where the production workflow permits. Uploading evidence does not by itself verify the alumni relationship.
No. FI must compare the evidence with available records and current verification controls.
Yes. The product strategy keeps the My FI identity active across the lifelong alumni relationship.
The My FI identity is designed to remain lifelong. Specific benefits or privileges can still have their own eligibility and validity rules.
Eligible alumni may access active My FI partner benefits subject to the current partner terms and member eligibility rules.
Yes. Returning alumni should reuse the same My FI identity rather than creating a duplicate account.
Use the production My FI profile controls when available; identity-sensitive changes may require verification.
Use the Events / Community area to see active events and register through My FI where registration is enabled.
Use the future Alumni/Community or Magazine contribution workflow when enabled, subject to editorial review and consent.
Use the Help Center or My FI Help & Support. A governed Help Request should receive a reference and trackable status.
One alumni issue should remain one governed case where possible, even when communication moves across My FI, email, WhatsApp or human follow-up.
Kaya Ko. Kaya Mo. Kaya Natin ’To.
Former learners can submit historical study details and evidence for a governed Legacy Alumni Record Claim.
Certificate follow-up, replacement/reissuance review, record verification, official/certified document services, courier and other Alumni requests use trackable service journeys.
Public verification exposes only permitted credential fields and never the private alumni record.
Document routes depend on the exact document, issuer, destination and intended use; FI does not guarantee third-party acceptance.
The permanent My FI ID can continue into eligible partner benefits, career opportunities and new learning without creating another identity.
Homecoming, events, stories and governed Help Requests keep Alumni connected to FI.
The interactive Demo shows the intended My FI experience. When you are ready for a real action, join or sign in to My FI.
