What happens after you apply
- Apply below. It is free and takes about 3 minutes.
- FI checks your organisation (recruitment agencies: your DMW licence or your country's licence). We reply by email, usually within 2 working days.
- You get a Partner space in My FI: post jobs (FI approves them), meet learners who agreed to share their profile, or receive your training proposal.
FI trains and refers; it does not recruit or place workers. FI never charges applicants.

Filipino Institute trains and certifies learners online, in the Philippines and abroad. As a partner you reach these learners, check their FI credentials and train your own team with us.
Free job postsPost jobs on the FI Job Board. FI checks every post before it goes live, and learners apply to you directly.
Verified credentialsEvery FI certificate can be checked online. Learners can send you their My FI CV with their verified FI courses.

Free and paid
Free: directory listing, job posts, credential checks and the partner space in My FI. Paid, by quote: staff training and custom learning paths. Learners never pay FI to see or apply for jobs.
Our rules for job posts
- FI is a training institute, not a recruitment agency. FI does not screen, shortlist, refer or place applicants. Learners apply to you directly and you make your own hiring decisions.
- Jobs abroad that recruit from the Philippines can only be posted by agencies licensed by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW). The licence number is shown on every post.
- Employers abroad can post local-hire jobs for people already living in their country, following that country’s labour rules.
- Real jobs only: job title, country, job type, how to apply and, where possible, the salary range.
- FI removes any post that asks applicants to pay to apply or breaks DMW fee rules, and may remove the partner.
