PROFESSIONAL ASSESSMENT
Know what counts, what passes and what needs correction.
Professional assessment should be visible and understandable before completion. My FI can show attempts, passing rules, practical evidence, trainer feedback, correction requirements and final readiness.
Application and practical evidence
Where relevant, learners may submit tasks, skills logs, demonstrations or other evidence of applied competence.
Feedback and correction
A learner who has not yet met the standard can be shown what needs improvement and, where allowed, complete a correction or recheck.
Protected assessment controls
Answer keys, scoring guides and trainer-only materials remain protected from learner/public access.
