Revoked
The record exists but should not be treated as currently valid. Follow the note shown with the result or contact FI for clarification.
Not Found
The code could not be confirmed through public verification. This is not proof that an older FI record never existed; contact FI if the record may pre-date the current verification system.
WHAT CAN BE CHECKED
Different records need different privacy rules.
Credentials
Eligible certificates and diplomas can show limited holder, title, issue and current-status information.
Badges
Approved digital badges can show the achievement and current status.
My FI ID
An eligible My FI ID can confirm account or membership status. It does not by itself prove a qualification or academic result.
Private academic records
Grades, report cards, transcripts and attendance are not public-search records. Authorized third-party checks should use the appropriate records process.
Legacy credential or missing code
An older certificate may pre-date the current public verifier. Use Records & Document Services so FI can search the historical record.
