Verify an FI certificate
Every FI alumni document has a QR code and a certificate number (for example FI-ALR-…). Scan the QR code or type the number below. The page shows the holder’s name, the course, the completion date and whether the certificate is valid.
Only public-safe details are shown. Private contact details, payments and grades are never shown.
A free TOR for every FI course
Each module with its learning hours, grade and remarks, based on the course’s duration. Find it in My FI under Alumni & Records.
Records FAQ
Does every FI course have a Transcript of Records?
Yes. Every completed FI course has a free Transcript of Records (TOR) in My FI: Professional Diplomas (720 learning hours, 8 modules of 90 hours), Short Courses (24 learning hours, 5 modules), FI online courses (their published duration, for example 18 hours or 10 weeks), Professional Certifications, and campus programmes from FI’s earlier years. It lists each module with its learning hours, grade and remarks, and the FI grading system.
Where do I get my TOR?
Sign in to My FI and open Alumni & Records. Each course has a “Transcript of Records” button next to the certificate. Use Print / Save as PDF to keep a copy. Every TOR has a QR code and a transcript number that employers can check.
My TOR shows “P” instead of a number. Why?
“P” means passed: FI has verified that you completed the course, but a numeric grade is not on file. For campus batches from earlier years, the FI Records Office is recovering the batch grade sheets from former branches and teachers. You can help: send copies of your grade sheets or results. Please send photos or scans, not grades typed into an email.
My FI branch or campus has closed. Who keeps my records?
FI now runs fully online. If the FI branch or campus where you studied has closed, your records are kept by the FI Records Office, and every request is handled online. Use the records request form or email [email protected] with your full name, course, batch, branch, year and teacher.
Can I visit an office or get a printed original?
No. FI has no office to visit. Certificates and transcripts are digital, with a QR code for verification, and you can print them yourself from My FI.
How long does a record request take?
If your course is already in My FI, your certificate and TOR are ready at once. For older records, we aim to reply within 2 working days and complete the record check within 10 working days. We will tell you the expected date in our first reply.
Can FI attest my certificate or TOR?
Attestation is an optional third-party service by FI partners, currently in Bahrain and Qatar only. Partners for the UAE and other countries are being finalised. See Certificate Attestation – Updates.
Is the FI TOR an official academic transcript?
It is an official FI record of non-formal training. It is not an academic transcript from a government-accredited institution. K–12 report cards and school records come from FI’s DepEd-accredited partner school.
