- Return/exchange eligibility depends on product type, condition, timing and the published policy applicable to that item.
- Uniform size exchanges may be eligible subject to condition, timing and stock.
- Opened or used learning materials may have restricted return eligibility.
- Customized or personalized items may have restricted or no return eligibility except where law/policy requires.
- Digital items, if later offered, require separate digital-delivery/refund rules.
- Wrong, missing or damaged items should be reported through My FI with evidence where applicable.
