K–12 · DAILY RHYTHM

A school day should be clear, focused and age-appropriate—not an all-day screen session.

My FI should show a simple Today experience. Live learners combine an approximately 2.5-hour teacher-guided block with offline learning; Self-Paced learners follow the same curriculum goals with flexible daily timing.

DAILY LEARNING RHYTHM

A clear day without turning school into all-day screen time.

The daily rhythm adapts by age and mode, but always gives the learner a clear “what now?” path.

01

Early Years

Short parent-led/parent-supported activity blocks, play, language, numeracy, movement and routines.

02

Grades 1–3

Simple Today list, focused lessons, handwriting/reading/workbook practice and parent support.

03

Grades 4–6

Subjects, tasks, practice, application, due work, checks and growing independence.

04

Grades 7–10

Modules, deadlines, project blocks, independent study, assessment and correction.

05

Grades 11–12

Registered subjects, research/application work, deadlines, assessment and transition planning.

06

End of Day

Learner checks completion, corrections, submissions and the next priority rather than staying online without purpose.

01

Live Online day

The live block is for explanation, interaction, guided practice and checkpoints. The rest of the learning day can move away from the screen.

  • Prepare materials
  • Join Google Meet from My FI
  • Teacher-led lesson / guided practice
  • Attendance / checkpoint
  • Break from screen
  • Reading / handwriting / workbook / project
  • Submit evidence only when required
  • Check feedback / next step
02

Self-Paced day

Self-Paced learners do not depend on a daily live class but still receive a structured sequence and expected weekly progress.

  • Open Today / Current Week
  • Study lesson / guide
  • Practice offline
  • Complete activity or application
  • Take quick check / mastery task when due
  • Correct and recheck
  • Mark reflection / planner
03

Age-adaptive expectations

The interface and responsibility level should change as learners mature.

  • Nursery/Kindergarten: short parent-led activities and routine
  • Grades 1–3: simple Today list and parent support
  • Grades 4–6: growing independent task management
  • Grades 7–10: deadlines, modules and stronger self-management
  • Grades 11–12: mature planning, assessment and transition responsibilities
