Academic Completion
Subject/assessment/completion requirements determine academic status.
K–12 completion is more than an event. My FI should connect academic completion, final grades, promotion status, records, graduation eligibility, event information and the learner’s lifelong FI relationship.
My FI should clearly distinguish completion/promotion status, outstanding requirements, event eligibility, final records/credentials and the learner’s next transition.
Subject/assessment/completion requirements determine academic status.
Where applicable, completion supports movement to the next grade/year.
Kindergarten/Early Years recognition, Elementary/JHS completion and SHS graduation are governed separately where applicable.
Ceremony date, attire, photos, guests and event logistics do not determine academic completion.
Academic, document or financial/administrative actions are shown distinctly.
Eligible final records/credentials remain available or requestable through My FI.
The same My FI identity continues into the next grade, Professional learning, Career and Alumni.
At year end, the learner’s status should be based on governed academic completion rules rather than simple attendance at an event.
Graduation or recognition applies where appropriate to the completed level/program and according to FI/record-owner rules. Public Theme content should explain the journey while the real eligibility decision remains governed in production.
A graduation-ready learner can receive a dedicated milestone area rather than relying on scattered announcements.
The My FI identity remains active. Senior High completers can continue into FI Professional learning, Pathways, Career/Business and later Alumni services without creating a disconnected account.
The interactive Demo shows the intended My FI experience. When you are ready for a real action, join or sign in to My FI.
