Version 2026.11 · Effective 1 November 2026. These terms apply to FI Professional Diplomas, Short Courses, Professional Certification, exam reviews and ETEEAP pathway services. K–12 follows the K–12 Enrolment Agreement.
1. Before you pay
- Module 1 of every Self-Paced course is free to try in My FI.
- Check the course, format, fee, schedule and credential shown for your course before paying.
2. Self-Paced
- Everything opens once your payment is verified.
- Your access lasts until you finish. There is no fixed end date.
- Full FI Credit if you ask within 7 days of payment and have not opened Module 2.
- One free switch to another course within 30 days.
3. Group Live and VIP 1:1
- Paid in 4 instalments; two modules and their sessions open per instalment.
- Group Live needs a minimum group. If a group doesn’t fill, you move to the next batch or choose VIP or Self-Paced, with any difference in price as FI Credit.
- Reschedule free with 24 hours’ notice. A missed session without notice counts as used.
- Unused sessions become FI Credit if you stop.
4. Exam reviews
PRC, Bar, UPCAT and Pisay reviews follow the Self-Paced or Live terms above, by the format you chose. Exam registration and fees are paid to the exam body and are not part of FI’s fee.
5. ETEEAP
- FI’s pathway fee and optional Portfolio Review are FI services. The free portfolio checklist is on the website.
- Admission, assessment, the degree and the college’s fees are decided by the ETEEAP college, not FI.
- Portfolio Review: full FI Credit before FI starts the review; none after.
6. Completion and certificates
Certificates are issued when all modules and assessments are complete and the course is fully paid. See Certificates, Records & Verification.
