FI Finance owns any approved event, guest, merchandise, yearbook, photo, courier or other charge; payment verification; receipts; refunds; balances and reconciliation. Free events should never be presented as paid, and paid events should never rely on Theme-hard-coded operational truth.
FI Communications Hub owns delivery through My FI, email and approved WhatsApp channels, including consent, retries and delivery status. The Theme only specifies the experience.
FI Partners & Benefits owns event sponsorship and partner commercial relationships. A sponsor relationship does not grant access to private attendee/student/Alumni data.
- Public event pages do not expose private attendee lists.
- Guest data is collected only where needed for an approved event and remains permission-scoped.
- Photos, stories and publicity use require the applicable consent/permission process.
- Sponsors and partners do not receive private learner/Alumni data merely because they support an event.
- Attendance and academic completion are separate records.
