Licence and requirements

No licence is needed for HR work. Many HR roles prefer a college degree (e.g. Psychology or Business – HR). A Psychometrician licence (PRC) is only needed for psychological testing work.

FI Professional Diplomas and Certifications are skills-training credentials from Filipino Institute. They are not TESDA National Certificates, CHED degrees or PRC licences.
