Credentials with clear meaning
We explain what each credential confirms, and we never present an FI credential as a government licence, academic degree or legal authorisation when it is not one.

Every credential says exactly what it represents.
FI-issued professional credentials confirm the FI learning or assessment outcome stated on the credential. They are not a Philippine academic degree, PRC licence, TESDA National Certificate or government licence, unless a credential is actually issued under that authority.

For pathways such as ETEEAP, FI can support readiness, documents, evidence organisation and the applicant journey. Admission, assessment, equivalency decisions and degree award remain with the authorized institution responsible for those decisions.

Filipino Institute was founded in Dubai on 19 November 2015 to help Filipinos abroad keep learning while they work and raise families. Since then, more than 200,000 learners and graduates have studied with FI, all taught in English. On our 11th anniversary, FI begins a new chapter as a fully online school, open to learners of every nationality, wherever they live.

Self-Paced: start any day and study in My FI at your own speed. Live Online: scheduled classes with a teacher on Philippine or Middle East time (VIP 1:1 available). No campus visits needed.
Official partners in Qatar and Bahrain
Wisdom Success Center (Qatar) and Wisdom Success Academy W.L.L. (Bahrain) are independent centres with their own licences and websites. They are official FI partners and help with services such as certificate attestation.
