Version 2026.11 · Effective 1 November 2026. These terms apply to physical products bought from the FI Store, such as uniforms, books and merchandise.
- Price and delivery: the price, shipping cost and expected delivery time are shown at checkout.
- Damaged or wrong item: tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We replace it or refund you.
- Change of mind: exchange within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Shipping for the exchange is paid by the buyer.
- Not returnable: personalised items, unless damaged or wrong.
- How to ask: email [email protected] with your order number.
