On 19 November 2015, Filipino Institute (FI) opened in Dubai with one goal: to help Filipinos abroad keep learning while they work and raise families. This month we celebrate 11 years, and more than 200,000 learners who studied with us along the way. Salamat po.
Our new chapter: 100% online
From our 11th anniversary, FI is a fully online school, open to learners of every nationality, wherever they live. There are two ways to learn:
- Self-Paced: start any day and study in My FI at your own speed, with lessons, assessments and digital certificates.
- Live Online: scheduled classes with a teacher on Philippine or Middle East time. VIP 1:1 classes are also available.
This covers everything we teach: Online K–12, Professional Diplomas, Short Courses, reviews and pathways such as ETEEAP. All programmes are taught in English.
What this means for you
- New learners: you don’t need to visit a campus. Choose your course, enrol online and start in My FI.
- Current students and families: your classes, schedules and records stay in My FI. Nothing changes in how you study.
- Alumni: register free as FI Alumni to get your certificates in My FI. If you are still waiting for a document, start a request there and we will keep you updated by email.
Our partners in Qatar and Bahrain
Wisdom Success Center (Qatar) and Wisdom Success Academy W.L.L. (Bahrain) are independent centres with their own licences and websites. They are official FI partners and help learners with services such as certificate attestation.

- 2015: founded in Dubai, with affordable courses and monthly payment options.
- 2020: classes moved online during the pandemic.
- 2026: our first K–12 Live Online school year, My FI for every learner, and now a fully online FI.
