1. What we collect
- Account and contact details: name, email, phone, country, My FI ID.
- Learner and family details: parent–learner links, date of birth, admission documents (birth certificate, report card, ID).
- Learning records: enrolment, attendance, work, grades, certificates.
- Payment records: amounts, references, receipts. FI never asks for full card numbers or passwords by message.
- Communications: emails, help requests and complaints.

2. Why we use it
To enrol and teach learners, keep and verify records, process payments, send service messages, keep children safe, and meet legal duties. We send marketing only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

For learners under 18, a parent or guardian gives consent and manages the account. Children sign in with their own Learner ID and PIN. Parents can see their child’s records and messages.
4. Class recordings
Live classes may be recorded for safety and teaching quality. Recordings are kept for 90 days, then deleted, unless needed for a safeguarding case. They are never published.
5. Who we share with
- FI’s DepEd-accredited partner school, for K–12 enrolment and official records.
- Attestation partners, only when you request attestation.
- Service providers that run FI’s systems: hosting, email (Google Workspace) and payment providers, under confidentiality.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Public credential verification shows only the details needed to confirm a credential. We never sell personal data.
