- Session Thirteen: Creating Supporting MaterialsWhen writing a training program, you will typically compile your notes to help guide you through the day. Other materials that you want to prepare may include student guides, PowerPoint slides, and handouts.3
- Session Fourteen: Testing the ProgramIn this session, we will discuss ways to test a training program before we deliver it.1
- Session Fifteen: Creating ProposalsOnce a trainer has determined what training is needed in an organization, who needs that training, and why, along with how it will be conducted, it is time to present that information to the people who will decide whether it takes place. In this session, we will learn how to organize and write a training proposal, and then apply the knowledge to a case study.3
- Session Sixteen: Building RapportIn this session, we will discuss some ways to ensure that a proposal gets approved.1
