A clear learning pathway from Nursery to Senior High.
Families can quickly find the right stage: Early Years, Elementary, Junior High, or Senior High. Senior High is presented separately because its Academic Track structure and subject requirements differ from Junior High.
Nursery & Kinder

For Grades 11–12, Filipino Institute supports the Academic Track available through the applicable partner school of record. Under the strengthened Senior High School structure, learners complete streamlined core subjects and may take Academic electives based on the partner school’s approved offerings, current DepEd requirements and available resources.

The academic year begins every August and runs through June. July is the annual vacation period. Families follow the official weekly sequence whether they choose Live Online or Self-Paced Homeschool.

Each Live Online learner attends only the block assigned to the learner’s grade. The three teaching blocks run Sunday–Thursday and use one synchronized schedule across Philippine Time, UAE/Oman time, and Qatar/Bahrain/Saudi Arabia/Kuwait time.

Are tutorials limited to Block 3?
No. One-on-one tutorials are a separate service and are not part of the regular three K–12 class blocks. Tutorial days and times are arranged separately according to tutor and learner availability.
What is the full annual tuition?
Annual Self-Paced Homeschool tuition is ₱35,880 for Nursery and Kinder, ₱39,480 for Grades 1–6, ₱46,680 for Grades 7–10, and ₱51,480 for Grades 11–12. Annual Live Online tuition is ₱60,000 for Nursery and Kinder, ₱66,000 for Grades 1–6, ₱78,000 for Grades 7–10, and ₱84,000 for Grades 11–12. These are annual totals for transparency; tuition is paid in 12 monthly installments rather than as one large upfront payment.
How is tuition paid?
Annual tuition is divided into 12 monthly installments. Families do not need to pay the full annual tuition upfront. Admissions first confirms the learner’s eligibility and requirements; the family then follows the approved first-month payment instructions to activate the applicable FI learning service.
How much is Self-Paced Homeschool?
Monthly Self-Paced Homeschool tuition is ₱2,990 for Nursery and Kinder, ₱3,290 for Grades 1–6, ₱3,890 for Grades 7–10, and ₱4,290 for Grades 11–12. Tuition is structured as 12 monthly installments.
Is there a sibling discount?
Yes. When siblings are enrolled concurrently under the same parent or guardian, the second child receives 5% off tuition and the third and additional children receive 10% off tuition. The discount applies to tuition only and is not normally combined with other discounts.
Is enrollment open throughout the year?
Yes. Filipino Institute accepts enrollment inquiries throughout the year. The regular academic year begins in August, while mid-year admission remains subject to records review, grade placement, the learner’s current progress, partner-school requirements and the appropriate academic entry point.
Do you accept transferees?
Yes. Transferees are welcome to apply. Families should submit the learner’s latest report card and other available school records so the applicable academic team and partner school can review grade placement, prior learning and enrollment requirements.
Does Filipino Institute follow the DepEd curriculum?
Filipino Institute’s K–12 learning materials and support are designed around the applicable Philippine K–12 curriculum guides and learning standards used by the partner school of record. Filipino Institute provides the online learning-support component; official school functions remain with the applicable Philippine partner school of record.
What Senior High School pathway do you support?
Filipino Institute supports the Academic Track made available through the partner school of record. Exact Grade 11 and Grade 12 subjects, electives and transition arrangements follow current DepEd requirements and the partner school’s approved offering for the applicable school year.
Can my child receive or keep an LRN?
Where applicable, LRN creation, confirmation or updating is handled through the partner school of record and the appropriate DepEd learner-information process after admission and records review. Filipino Institute does not independently issue LRNs.
Is Filipino Institute K–12 100% online?
Yes. Filipino Institute’s K–12 learning support is delivered 100% online. FI does not offer face-to-face K–12 classes or a physical K–12 campus.
Which grade levels are available?
Filipino Institute supports Nursery, Kinder, Grades 1–6, Grades 7–10 and Grades 11–12, subject to current enrollment availability and the applicable academic arrangement.
What is the difference between Live Online and Self-Paced Homeschool?
Live Online follows scheduled teacher-led sessions plus independent learning activities. Self-Paced Homeschool gives families more flexibility in daily timing while still following the 47-week sequence, weekly packs, submissions, assessments and support requirements.
Does self-paced mean my child can finish the whole year immediately?
No. Self-paced means flexible daily study time, not an unstructured or instant-completion program. Learners follow the official sequence, assessment schedule, evidence requirements and submission expectations.
When does the academic year begin?
The Filipino Institute K–12 academic year begins every August, runs for 47 learning weeks across three terms and concludes in June. July is the annual vacation period.
What are the class days?
The standard learning week is Sunday through Thursday, with Friday and Saturday as the weekend.
What time are classes in the UAE and Oman?
Block 1 is 9:00–11:30 AM, Block 2 is 12:00–2:30 PM, and Block 3 is 3:30–6:00 PM UAE/Oman time. The learner attends only the block assigned to the learner’s grade.
What time are classes in Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait?
Block 1 is 8:00–10:30 AM, Block 2 is 11:00 AM–1:30 PM, and Block 3 is 2:30–5:00 PM. The learner attends only the block assigned to the learner’s grade.
Are tuition fees in dirhams, riyals or pesos?
Official online tuition is presented in Philippine pesos. Families abroad follow the approved international payment instructions provided during enrollment.
Are one-on-one tutorials available to non-FI students?
Yes, subject to tutor availability. Tutorials may support individual K–12 subjects, homework, review, remediation and exam preparation.
Who issues official school records?
Filipino Institute provides online learning support. Official school enrollment, LRN, report cards, permanent records and other official school documentation are handled by the applicable school of record under the active arrangement.
Can families outside the Middle East enroll?
Yes, where the program schedule, academic requirements and support arrangements are suitable. The standard Sunday–Thursday week and class times are designed primarily around Gulf schedules, so families should first confirm that the timetable works in their location.
