Live Online follows the scheduled teacher-led academic program and is prorated from the confirmed start date. Scheduled Teacher-Led Program
Families beginning with the regular August intake follow the full annual Live Online tuition schedule. Approved later entrants pay only for the remaining Live Online program, using the confirmed start date and FI’s published billing cutoff rule.

For international transfers, instruct your bank or remittance provider to deposit the funds directly to the BDO account above using SWIFT/BIC BNORPHMM. Enter the account name and account number exactly as shown. Bank, intermediary, remittance and foreign-exchange charges are the sender’s responsibility unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

Do I need to pay the full Self-Paced tuition at once?
No. Self-Paced enrollment is for the complete 47-week annual program, but the annual tuition may be divided through the published payment plan. The installment option does not convert the program into a month-to-month subscription.
What is the sibling discount?
The published tuition discount is 5% for the second child and 10% for the third and additional children, subject to the applicable sibling-discount policy.
Are the learning books and workbooks included?
Core FI printable learning books, workbooks and applicable printable materials are included with the enrolled program. Printed-pack preparation or delivery, where offered, may have separate arrangements.
Do I have to pay for an LMS or e-books every month?
No separate paid FI LMS subscription is required for the standard K–12 learning workflow. Google Classroom is used for organization, and core FI learning materials are designed to be printable.
What if my child joins after August?
For Self-Paced Homeschool, the complete 47-week program fee still applies because the learner receives the full Week 1–47 learning sequence and materials. For Live Online, tuition is prorated from the confirmed start date: a start on the 1st–15th includes that month; a start on the 16th or later begins billing the following month.
How is Live Online tuition prorated?
FI uses a simple billing cutoff. If the confirmed start date is from the 1st through the 15th, that month is included. If the confirmed start date is on the 16th or later, tuition billing begins the following month. The remaining billed months run through July.
Does proration reduce the Live Online monthly rate?
No. The monthly tuition rate for the learner’s grade remains the same. Proration reduces only the number of billed months remaining in the academic year. Any applicable sibling discount is then applied to each billed month.
Are tutorials included in K–12 tuition?
No. One-on-one tutorials are an optional separate service and start from ₱399 per confirmed hour.
Should I send payment before Admissions confirms enrollment?
No. Complete the enrollment process first and wait for confirmation of the learner’s placement, program and applicable amount.

How are refunds handled?
Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the published Refund & Cancellation Policy. Finance verifies the original payment, approved refund amount, beneficiary identity and return channel before processing. Refund bank details are not collected publicly on this page.
Who issues the official payment receipt?
Filipino Institute Finance & Billing verifies submitted payment proof and processes the official Filipino Institute payment receipt. Payment proof should be sent only to +63 921 474 7820.
