- Staff records your name + mobile number.

🔒 Anti-Fraud & Verification Rules (To Prevent Cheating)
To protect FI, students, parents, and referrers, these rules apply:
🚫 1. Staff cannot refer students they personally enroll
This prevents staff from adding their own names and abusing the system.
✔ Staff must leave the referrer field blank unless the student provides a name
✔ Staff caught manipulating referrals may face disciplinary action
🚫 2. Students cannot claim referrals AFTER enrollment
The referrer must be named during enrollment only.
✔ No late claims
✔ No “backdating”
✔ No disputes later
🚫 3. Only NEW students qualify
To prevent cheating through re-enrollments.
Not eligible:
- Returning FI students
- Students switching programs
- Students upgrading (e.g., virtual → face-to-face)
- Students already in FI records
🚫 4. Names must match official ID or phone number
Prevents random people from claiming strangers.
✔ Staff must verify:
- Full name spelling
- Mobile number
- Relationship (friend, family, colleague)
🚫 5. Staff must record the referrer immediately
Not later, not afterward.

Prevents referral splitting or multiple claims.
🚫 7. Suspicious high-volume referrals will be verified
If someone refers many students suddenly, management will validate:

✔ Is the referrer known to the student?
✔ Are there signs of internal manipulation?
📅 Reward Release Process
- Reward is released once enrollment payment is confirmed
- Processing happens at the same branch where the student enrolled
- Referrer must bring a valid ID
- Staff will contact the referrer once reward is ready
📌 Terms & Conditions
- Anyone may refer new students, even non-students.
- Only brand-new FI students are eligible.
- The referrer must be named at the time of enrollment.
- One student may list one referrer only.
- FI reserves the right to verify all referral claims.
- Staff may not list themselves as referrers for students they enroll.
- Fraud, fake referrals, or manipulation will result in disqualification.
- Referral reward amounts may change depending on promotions or policy.
- Free programs, sponsored programs, or discount-heavy enrollments may not qualify.
- Rewards must be collected in person at the enrolling branch.

1. Can I refer someone even if I’m not an FI student?
Yes — ANYONE can refer a new student and earn rewards.
2. Will I get a reward if the student doesn’t name me?
No. The referrer must be recorded during enrollment.
3. Can FI staff claim referrals?
Only if they did not process the enrollment.
Staff cannot refer students they personally handle.
4. Can I refer someone enrolling online?
Yes. They must still name you when speaking with admissions or attending branch confirmation.
5. Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No limit. You can refer as many as you want.
6. Why only new students?
This prevents abuse and ensures fairness.
7. How will I know if my referral enrolled?
Branch staff will notify you once your reward is ready for claiming.
8. Can I get my reward in any branch?
No, you must claim the reward at the same branch where your referral enrolled.
9. Are the reward rates the same in UAE, Qatar, and Bahrain?
Yes, but rewards are paid in the local currency equivalent.
