Annual tuition with published 12-payment options.
Annual tuition in Philippine pesos. Installments divide the applicable annual tuition; they are not month-to-month enrollment.

How the 12-payment option works
The published installment amount divides the applicable annual tuition into 12 scheduled payments. It is not a month-to-month enrollment. Your personal schedule and amounts due are shown before payment.

The payment has been confirmed and can be reflected in the relevant FI record.
Needs Action
Additional information, corrected proof or another customer action is required.
Do not guess.
Keep the payment reference or proof and request a review so the transaction can be matched correctly.
Do not send another payment.
Provide both transaction references and available proof so FI can review the duplicate-payment concern and confirm the appropriate next step.
Track the same transaction.
A pending payment should remain attached to the same enrollment or service request rather than creating a new one.
Keep it with your My FI history.
Verified transactions should show the related receipt and payment history where applicable.
