🟫 RESPONSIBILITIES OF OJT PARTNERS

Partners are expected to:

Provide a safe and appropriate training environment
Assign a supervisor or coordinator
Allow students to observe and participate in relevant tasks
Sign OJT documents provided by FI
Give basic feedback or evaluation at the end of training

No salary or allowance is required — OJT is purely training-based.
