Part-Time Compensation and Payout
Compensation is transparent so applicants clearly understand the approved part-time rates before applying. Academic, creative, and sports sessions follow the same learner-level structure. Adult skill trainers are paid ₱400 per completed hour.
₱200 per hour
For approved academic, creative, and sports sessions at beginner level or foundational learner support.
₱250 per hour
For approved academic, creative, and sports sessions at standard level with regular 1-on-1 support.
₱300 per hour
For approved academic, creative, and sports sessions at advanced level or higher learner support.
Adult Skill Trainer Rate
Adult skill trainers are paid ₱400 per completed hour. This applies to approved adult 1-on-1 skill coaching such as career, office, digital, communication, practical work, and similar adult-focused training support.
Payout Schedule
Payouts are processed weekly for completed and verified sessions. Trainers may receive weekly payouts through:
- GCash
- Philippine bank transfer
Weekly payout is preferred for part-time roles because it is easier for trainer trust, motivation, and retention.
