Reservation payment
After saving your signed PDF, send the signed reservation PDF, payment proof, and available requirements through WhatsApp.

How to submit
- Complete the form and signature.
- Save or print the reservation page as PDF.
- Pay the reservation fee.

- Proceed with the balance on enrollment after confirmation.
Policies and important notes
Reservation & refund policy
- Reservation fee is ₱1,000 per child.
- The balance on enrollment is the first month tuition less the reservation fee.
- After enrollment, the student continues with the regular monthly tuition.
- Reservation may be refunded only if cancellation is formally requested before June 8, 2026.
Enrollment activation policy
- Official enrollment is complete only after payment verification, submission of required documents, review, and activation approval.
- The student is not officially enrolled until all requirements are completed.
- Only official Filipino Institute communication channels should be used for payment and enrollment coordination.
