The search is on: Filipino Institute to award trainer, dean, and employee of the year

Filipino Institute is now gearing up to recognize its exemplary team players for the month of December and for the entire 2020. 

The training institute will hold its annual employee recognition on December 31 through a Facebook live stream. 

The Filipino Institute, deemed to give recognition to its employees and trainer-volunteers, has three categories for voting. This year, there will be ‘Trainer of the Year,’ ‘Dean of the Year,’ and ‘Employee of the Year.’ 

And since it’s a month-end, there will also be ‘Trainer of the Month,’ ‘Dean of the Month,’ and ‘Employee of the Month.’ 

Below are the criteria for selecting the best candidates: 

TRAINER OF THE YEAR 

The ‘Trainer of the Year’ award shall be presented to the trainer who has spent one year or more in the training institution and has made an outstanding contribution and great impact on their students. 

The award also focuses on innovation, their approach to training, and their skills in developing and delivering great training and personal style in coaching and motivation. 

‘Trainer of the Year’ will be nominated by Deans.

DEAN OF THE YEAR

The  ‘Dean of the Year’ award shall be presented to the dean who has spent one year or more in the training institution and has made an exemplary contribution to the Filipino Institute and played crucial roles in making it the number one choice of Filipinos in the Middle East.

The candidate should have a good relationship both with the trainers, students, and management.

The ‘Dean of the Year’ will be nominated by employees.

EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR

The key eligibility criteria for the ‘Employee of the Year’ is that the person should have worked for one year or more in the Filipino Institute and must not be on the probationary period at the time of nomination. 

The candidate should possess a high quality of work and capable to present himself/herself as a team member. 

The deans and employees will nominate the person in this category.
