Course Overview:

In this course students will have the continuation of the basics: creating standard work breakdown structure. formatting schedule data layout, working with activities, analyzing relationships, filtering activitiee, creating of resource allocation and resource levelling, generating manpower requirement, CPM scheduling concepts, resource analysis, evaluating constraints & baselining the project plan.
