With unity, pride, and purpose, the Confederation of Ilocano Association Inc. – Samahang Ilokano UAE (CIASI UAE 61892 SOLID JUMA – SHARJAH Chapter) marked a historic moment: its 1st Founding Anniversary. Held at Kaf Business Tower, Sharjah, this milestone event also honored the induction of its new set of officers — men and women committed to carrying the torch of Ilocano solidarity and leadership.
From the grand visuals to the heartfelt speeches, the event reflected the deep bond of this Filipino community — not just among members, but also with the wider OFW population in the UAE. A wall of photos, a ceremonial display, and messages of “Discipline. Respect. Loyalty.” reminded attendees of CIASI’s living code.
